Job Title: HR Coordinator 

Location: Centennial, CO (hybrid)

Role Summary: 

In this role, you'll be tasked with providing day-to-day HR support to the organization. You will address and resolve a wide variety of HR-related inquiries and issues and ensure HR programs and processes are effectively implemented. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Salary Range: $57k - $65k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value). 

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality 
  • Administer various HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and employee recognition programs

Job Title: IC Design Manager

Role Summary: 

In this role, you’ll be leading the execution of IC design activities for our charge controller IC. You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day activities of the IC development team while anticipating roadblocks and cross-functional dependencies with execution. You’ll also be required to work with teams outside of IC hardware development like Software & Applications to ensure they are not blocked by the progress of the design team. Additionally, the design manager will work with external vendors and foundry contacts to ensure no surprises in the roadmap across all teams involved.  

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Lead and oversee cross-functional activities of the IC design process for the Iontra custom charge controller
  • Lead and monitor execution of the various deliverables, dependencies and issues from the domain managers like Micro-architecture, Integration/RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design/STA, DFT, PE and Packaging
  • Develop and manage metrics to assess the execution state of health, analyze risks and alleviate them by working with the management team
  • Collaborate with IP vendors, conduct periodic reviews and oversee their timeliness on deliverables for the Design Team
  • Work with our foundry and manufacturing partners to set up processes and resolve technical challenges and issues in a timely manner
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, review specifications, and ensure requirements are met in the design
  • Provide technical leadership, direction, and expertise in establishing design methodologies as required
  • Define and maintain project schedules while ensuring metrics-driven design quality
  • Gather project requirements, prioritize product backlogs and run standups, project reviews and technical deep dives as needed
  • Oversee release of pipelines to cloud and on-prem environments, identify and remediate issues in production systems
  • Analyze and resolve issues, including cross-functional issues, respond to queries and ensure completion within available timeframes
  • Design innovative tools to solve critical problems, create documentation and collateral required for the product design and customer deployment
  • Provide leadership, mentor junior engineers and hands-on help to the team in regular investigations and debugs as needed
  • Support cross-functional teams like Embedded SW Teams, HW Development Teams, and Customer Applications Teams as needed

You’ll Need These Qualifications: 

  • B.S or higher in electrical or computer engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in IP/IC-level Design Verification
  • 5+ years in either in managing a team of engineers or leading cross-functional initiatives, including interviewing and scheduling
  • In lieu of degree, additional years of experience may suffice
  • Experience and knowledge of the full Silicon Design cycle – from spec to silicon and product
  • Proven expertise in cross-functional debug and technical leadership
  • Experience with Synopsys EDA tools – VCS, FC, Formality, Spyglass
  • Gate-level simulation awareness

Role Summary: 

As our IT Helpdesk Lead, you’ll partner with our IT Manager to help us accomplish our ambitious goals by maintaining high SLA levels, working closely with our internal users, building client operating systems, and managing our helpdesk platform tickets. You’ll provide unforgettable support and technical troubleshooting to the Iontra team during standard working hours. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.  

Salary Range: $65k-$75k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).  

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Provide excellent IT support to more than 150 employees
  • Own the helpdesk ticket queue, user administration, end-user security, hardware management and any other IT related items
  • Troubleshoot MAC, Ubuntu, and Windows systems, printers, basic LAN and WAN connections and mobile devices
  • Support the new hire onboarding process by preparing all IT systems; build, upgrade and maintain workstations for support of Tier I/II business applications
  • Maintain asset management across the organization
  • Partner with departments across the organization for IT needs and other IT engineers on organizational technical initiatives

You’ll Need These Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems/networking, or similar field
  • 3+ years of well-rounded agnostic IT experience

This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Salary Range: $140 - $160k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value). 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Architecting and leading electronics hardware for battery applications
  • Drafting schematics and using PCB CAD layout software
  • Interfacing with embedded systems that are a mix of hardware and software
  • Outlining, defining and performing engineering tests
  • Working with standard EE tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, etc.)
  • Writing and maintaining documentation with Atlassian based tools and git version control systems
  • Mentoring team members on their portions of the design and improving their skillsets 

You’ll Need These Qualifications:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or similar field
  • 7+ years of experience working in a relevant role designing electronic hardware
  • Experience with ground up PCBA design, from specification to assembled product
  • Proficient in system architecture, circuit design and simulation
  • Power electronics or switch mode power supply design experience
  • Understanding of embedded systems design and related concepts

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Process Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing process engineering activities, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize existing processes, and develop new processes to support the scaling of our production. The Process Engineering Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing milestones and drive operational excellence. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value). 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage the process engineering team, providing technical guidance and support
  • Optimize and improve processes to increase efficiency, yield, and capacity
  • Develop new processes to support technology scaling and product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transfer from development to manufacturing
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost reduction and quality enhancement

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop environmental, health and safety procedures/plan for all areas of the company
  • Acts as company’s Safety Officer
  • Prepare and schedule training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics
  • Ensure all OSHA and internal safety procedures are being followed throughout the company
  • Develops and executes monthly OSHA and internal safety inspections to company with regulations and standards
  • Ensure that safety data sheets (SDS) are accurate, maintained, and accessible in all areas
  • Maintain records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required

You’ll Need These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field as required
  • 5 years of related experience
  • In lieu of degree, additional years of experience may suffice
  • Willingness to learn and quickly come up to speed on environmental regulations and policies relevant to Colorado

Role Summary:

In this role you will spearhead all marketing efforts for their assigned product(s). The right candidate must understand the consumer electronics market and challenges, and must succinctly develop messaging/explain how their product helps solve customer problems. You should be knowledgeable about competing products and should be able to communicate technical features and differentiators to non-technical clients. You should be capable of working closely in a cross functional environment to communicate and deliver on market and product growth requirements.  Ability to think outside the box and being creative is key. 

Salary Range: $130k - $160k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).

We are looking for a driven technical sales representative to join our dynamic team. The technical sales representative should have a clear understanding of Iontra’s products and technology, and the target customer’s careabouts as well as the ability to demonstrate how Iontra’s offerings work with the customer’s system. Your responsibilities will include establishing the needs of the customer and recommending and demonstrating products.  In addition, you will be responsible for forecasting and meeting/beating revenue goals at your market and customers.

To be a successful Technical Sales Representative at Iontra, you should be able to develop an excellent relationship at our existing customers and source new clients. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and drive execution of a customer penetration and revenue strategy exhibiting the following characteristics:
  • Responsible for meeting revenue goals and communicating progress to the leadership team
  • Developing, forecasting, and monitoring a strategic long-term plan for revenue growth at your market/customer base
  • Building good and long-lasting customer relationships and managing all commercial aspects
  • Understand Iontra’s commercial/technical benefits and convert these into customer benefits to win more business
  • Build up a close partnership with the Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to win new business together
  • Using technical knowledge to drive customer engagement and support the FAE to find the right solution for the customer

Role Summary: 

In this role, we are looking for a Senior IC architect to join and lead the Architecture in our IP & IC Design Teams. This is a hybrid role that will require some on-site presence at our facility in Plano, TX; and offers the ability to work from home when not required to be in the office. The candidate should be willing to adapt to methodologies and tools used by Iontra like Jira/Confluence among others. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Define IC architecture working with a cross functional team for our first IC - this should bring together our CPU, with custom accelerators while optimizing power, area & performance
  • Drive high level architecture specifications and functional specifications for key areas of the IC
  • Lead Architecture/Software/Hardware/Security co-design and collaboration on feature set
  • Cross functional role, working with IC and IP Design teams including Software, PD, DFT, RTL & DV while understanding customer issues and delivering solutions
  • Capture requirements, drive specification, conduct technical reviews and support customer documentation efforts
  • Patent innovative aspects of architecture design
  • Participate and guide RTL design team, verification teams, DFT teams to ensure the architecture laid out is implemented and validated correctly
  • Participate and guide Software teams on utilizing the architecture as per the intent
  • Create systems to compute bandwidth and latency requirements of the IC and work with Design Verification to ensure they get validated pre-silicon

You’ll Need These Qualifications: 

  • B.S/M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, design or design verification
